As I’m sure you all know next Monday is the AGM and although we’ve had someone go for all the critical positions we’re still in need of someone to go for treasurer.
The position requires you to keep receipts (keeping a running balance), deny and allow expenses and tot everything up at the end of both semesters.
Treasurers are not required to be any more involved than that.
A treasurer is required for the society to run so I hope that someone will step-up to the plate.
It’s really not that bad a job. And you get to boss the auditor around a little too if you want
Basically you’re just a glorified accountant who has very little by way of regular duties
